While Hermes.net is our primary tool for the trade, I personally specialize in implementing and managing Zendesk environments.

After about two years of experience on 'the floor' as an agent, it was time for something new. In this role I was responsible for the entire tech stack for Customer service, as well as being the representative for any development / bug fixes that originated from customer feedback.

During this time I made big strides in streamlining the customer service processes and deployed a chatbot to further reduce the load of incoming tickets.

When I graduated University it took some time to find my feet and get a job that suited me. At Beerwulf I took a gamble on being a support agent, which paid out dividends.

I became the primary representative for Beerwulf in the UK, helping in the lauch of Beerwulf UK and subsequent challenges. During this time I was able to dip my toes in all parts of the organisation and find the places where I could offer the most value.
