Hi there, I'm Mark de Leeuw and I enjoy building customer service experiences. That's the long and short of it. If you're looking at improving and finetuning your current customer service, or want to start from scratch, I'm your guy.
Over the years, I've had the luxury to take on different things. Music has been a driving factor in my development and led me to work at various music venues & a nightclub throughout the Netherlands. I’ve seen a lot of places and met a lot of people working as band & tour manager. Next to that, I've worked at a cocktail bar, in shops and had my standard high school jobs.
In my life and my work, I believe in passion. I want to do things I enjoy doing and go to work with a smile every day. Additionally, I believe that work is only worth doing if you can do it properly. I do not like to do things where I feel I can't reach the high standards I set for myself, as evidenced by the various jobs and fields I've explored before settling in the customer service industry.
In my spare time, I like to ride my bike across crisp gravel roads, torment myself by being a Manchester United supporter and like to spend time with my pet hamster Risotto (Otto for friends).
